Simplified returns and exchanges
We do not do refunds. However, we can make an exchange or credit if the dress does not suit you. The buyer has 7 days, from the receipt of the products. Items can be exchanged if and only if they have not been damaged. Return costs are also your responsibility. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned packages.
